The Vestil AIR-THL-SS is a stainless steel air corner tilter engineered for ergonomic material handling in food-grade, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom environments. This heavy-duty, pneumatic tilter features a corrosion-resistant construction and is perfect for unloading bulk containers, gaylords, and crates with minimal strain.
Powered by a multi-ply airbag, the platform gently tilts to shift materials to a single corner, allowing easy access via manual or mechanical removal. The hand lever air tilter is accessible by pallet jack or forklift, with an optional foot treadle for hands-free operation. A factory-set air pressure regulator initiates tilting at around 900 lbs, and the pressure is fully adjustable for custom load requirements.
