The Vestil S-118-FF-DM Double Mast Fully Powered Electric Stacker is a heavy-duty solution designed for efficient material handling in warehouses, factories, and industrial settings. Equipped with a powered drive and powered lift, this electric stacker minimizes manual labor and maximizes productivity.
Featuring a high-torque DC 24V drive and lift motor, the unit supports seamless transport and lifting of palletized loads. The ergonomic throttle handle allows for infinite speed adjustment in both forward and reverse directions, while intuitive lift/lower controls and an emergency reverse safety function ensure operator control and safety.
This powered stacker is ideal for transporting both small and large palletized loads. The electromagnetic disc brake system includes a built-in dead-man switch for automatic stop when the operator releases the handle. The stacker operates with (2) 12V lead-acid deep-cycle batteries, providing up to 4 hours of full-use operation or 8 hours intermittently on a single charge. A built-in battery charger and battery level indicator come standard.
Poly-on-steel steer and load wheels offer durability and smooth maneuverability. With fixed forks over fixed support legs, this stacker is compatible with open-bottom skids (not pallets with bottom boards).
